My geography is a bit shaky north of Harrogate but I seem to recall a direct train link. And you deserve a treat for being so organised with the Xmas gift shopping. I ordered a few things last Friday but I thought I was being exceptionally keen. Maybe the lace project with hit a tricky section and the sleeves will seem like a pleasant break? Aww thanks :)
