Definately slippery slope, next step sewing machine, but that Ceylon dress would certainly suit your figure. If you’ve got it flaunt it as the saying goes.
@Rita: I already have a sewing machine! It’s an old 1940s or 50s model and it is so heavy I have to get my partner to lift it for me. And thank you for your nice words! I should really get around to writing about body image etc.
@Lori: I think I did lose my mind just a bit – but I justified it by saying “oh it will match the 4-ply cardigan” ..
